Form manager: every submission saved, every email delivered

A contact form looks like the most trivial part of a website. Until the day you discover that two months of inquiries were landing in your client's spam folder — or worse, never sent at all. That's why in Element Node forms are not just another widget: they are first-class entities of the CMS.

One form, two guarantees

Every form you design in the editor automatically becomes a managed form, with two guarantees:

• Every submission is saved to the panel archive before the email is even attempted. Even if the mail server is down, the inquiry is never lost
• Every email has a real provider: classic SMTP or Brevo, configured once in integrations. No PHP mail() ending up in spam

In the archive you see the sender, the submitted fields, the date and the source page. It's where you look when your client asks "didn't Mrs. Smith write to us?".

Fields that actually matter

• Text, email, phone, textarea, select: the types you actually use
• Privacy consent checkbox with copy that links to your policy — required where needed, integrated with the rest of the CMS privacy features
• Invisible spam honeypot: bots fill the hidden field and get silently discarded, no CAPTCHAs annoying real humans

Designed in the editor, managed in the panel

You build the form visually on the page, like any other widget. But its configuration — recipient, fields, archive — lives in the Forms panel, where every form on the site is listed with its submissions. If the same form appears on three pages, it is still one form, with one archive.
